SRK Care Assistant for Private 24-Hour Care (Early and Late Shifts)

On behalf of a committed Spitex, myMedical is seeking reliable and empathetic care assistants from mid-October or November for individual 24-hour care in Kloten. The client to be cared for has very clear personal preferences regarding her caregivers, which is why particular emphasis is placed on a suitable, respectful and calm accompaniment.

Your main tasks

In this responsible position, you will support the client in her own home. Your tasks include:

• Assistance with daily basic and personal care as well as dressing and undressing
• Professional incontinence care and accompaniment to the toilet
• Safe mobilisation and support with transfers
• Preparation of meals as well as full assumption of the household chores
• Warm everyday companionship, including accompaniment to family gatherings and GP appointments

Your working hours (shift work)

The focus for these vacancies is primarily on early and late shifts, including regular weekend duties.

• Early shift (ES): 07:00 – 15:00
• Late shift (LS): 15:00 – 23:00
• (Night shifts [NS] from 23:00 – 07:00 are part of the care concept and are covered by arrangement)

Your profile

• Successfully completed course as SRK care assistant
• Very good Swiss German skills (mandatory for smooth communication with the client)
• A balanced, calm and extremely respectful demeanour
• High reliability, discretion and empathy in dealing with elderly people
• Willingness to work shifts and at weekends
