Your main tasks

In this responsible position, you support those in need of care in their daily lives – whether at home or in a facility. Your duties include:

• Assistance with daily basic and personal care as well as dressing and undressing
• Professional incontinence care and accompaniment to the toilet
• Safe mobilisation and support with transfers
• Undertaking household tasks and support with food intake
• Warm everyday companionship and support with activation
• Careful documentation of the nursing measures carried out

Your profile

• Successfully completed training as an SRK nursing assistant
• At least 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience in nursing (Spitex, long-term or acute care)
• Very good German skills (Swiss German a great advantage) for smooth communication
• A balanced, calm and highly respectful demeanour
• High reliability, discretion and empathy in dealing with people in need of care
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts (including weekends)
