About the job
We are looking, immediately or by arrangement, for an independent and reliable group leader with interest and joy in working with our younger and older children. In our KITA in Zurich Höngg, you will find a lively KITA operation, a dedicated and well-coordinated team with many creative activities.
The KITA minido offers 24 care places for children from the 4th month up to and including kindergarten entry. Are you a creative, open, and humorous personality who responds to challenges with a smile? Do you enjoy working in a young, committed, and motivated team and like to contribute ideas? Then we would like to get to know you.
We wish for:
- a trained childcare professional EFZ as group leader,
- a responsible, empathetic, and flexible personality with the ability to contribute to an operation.
Your tasks:
- Active participation in the group according to our educational concept,
- Care, nurturing, and promotion of the children individually according to their developmental stage,
- Maintaining contact and cooperation with the parents
- Assistance in household tasks,
- Communicative, collegial, and appreciative teamwork.
