Head of Electrical Service 100%

Your tasks:

• Technical and personnel management of a department with up to 40 employees

• Deputy head of department as well as responsibility for budget, quality and profitability

• Leadership, promotion and further development of employees and project managers

• Planning, calculation and costing of demanding electrical projects

• Preparation of preliminary projects, concepts, cost estimates and fee offers

• Review of offers, support of additional claims and assistance with offer decisions

• Care and further development of existing customer relationships as well as participation in the acquisition of new projects

• Continuous optimisation of processes and active further development of your own department

Your profile:

• Electrical engineering background with further training as a certified electrical installation and safety expert or a comparable higher professional qualification

• Several years of professional experience in electrical installation as well as experience in managing demanding projects

• Several years of leadership experience and enjoyment in motivating and developing people

• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a structured, solution-oriented way of working

• Strong customer orientation, communication skills and negotiation skills

• Organisational talent, decisiveness and assertiveness

• Good knowledge of common MS Office applications and ideally experience with industry software

• Driving licence category B
