Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing CNC Turning

Activities

Programming and commissioning of 5-axis turning/milling centres of the DMG Mori brand
Independent programming directly at the machine as well as at the CAM workstation
Manufacturing of workpieces made of nickel and cobalt-based alloys
Inspection and careful documentation of the produced parts
Production of clamping gauges, fixtures and prototypes

Requirements

Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ or a comparable qualification
Extensive experience in mechanical manufacturing with solid expertise
Sound knowledge in handling Siemens controls of the types CLX750 and CTX1250 Gamma
Experience with Mastercam, ideally complemented by CAM knowledge
Independent and precise working method combined with a strong quality awareness
