Your Tasks

Conducting and recording needs assessments with clients and relatives
Ensuring the nursing process
Performing basic and treatment care for clients
Supporting the nursing management in the introduction and guidance of new employees
Quality assurance through staff supervision
Ensuring the flow of information with external partners (doctors, health insurance companies)

What You Bring

Tertiary education as a nurse HF/FH
InterRAI-HC training desired
Experience in perioperative care is an advantage
You make independent and straightforward decisions
You are flexible and can adapt to changing situations
Resident in the region and have your own car
