Tasks

• You competently and empathetically support, care for, and look after our residents.
• You take on demanding nursing tasks and medical-technical activities.
• You report observations clearly and document comprehensively.
• You help actively shape the daily lives of our residents and promote their resources.
• You accompany trainees together with the vocational training supervisors and pass on your knowledge.

Profile

• Empathetic personality with joy in working with older people
• Team-oriented, responsible and reliable – with an independent working style and overview even in lively moments
• Training as a Health Professional EFZ with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• IT affinity, ideally knowledge of EasyDok

Salaries for nursing and therapeutic professions have been increased to strengthen these professional groups. The annual salary for this role ranges depending on experience between CHF 70,300.– and CHF 93,936.– (100%).
