To strengthen our team in the area of goods handling, we are looking immediately, permanently, at the Rickenbach (SO) location, for a motivated and committed Logistics Assistant / Goods Receipt 100%

Your responsibilities
- You take over the planning, further development, and coordination of the team.
- You are responsible for the personnel and professional leadership of the employees.
- You independently and competently manage communication between all internal process participants.
- You actively support the team and department management in optimizing and further developing the operational process.
- You continuously analyze ongoing processes and identify process optimizations and simplifications within your department and actively and independently implement them.
- You are responsible for coordinating the onboarding and administrative process of new employees in your department.
- You consistently maintain order, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- You participate in relevant meetings and inform the team about the most important topics afterwards.

Your profile
- You have completed basic training in logistics and ideally further training in the specialist area.
- Ideally, you have already gained some leadership experience in a dynamic environment.
- You have a pronounced sense of organization and improvisation and a strong initiative.
- You use available resources cost- and environmentally consciously.
- You convince with a positive attitude towards work and can transfer this to your team and motivate it sustainably.
- You are versatile and have a hands-on mentality; you also enjoy working in a team.
- You are open and motivated towards changes and like to make your own decisions, which you can implement.
- You speak fluent German and ideally have knowledge of another national language.
