French/Italian Claims Manager Accident Benefits (m/f/x) 80-100%

To strengthen our Personal Insurance Department, which offers our clients high-level services in claims management, we are looking for a French/Italian Claims Manager in Accident Benefits, between 80% and 100%, responsible for handling case settlements.

The tasks awaiting you:

• Ensure the complete management of accident files in the assigned portfolio
• Handle claim openings and correspondence related to the files
• Manage the processing and full follow-up of files, including decisions
• Collaborate with our clients as well as various internal support services
• Submit certain cases to the medical advisor
• Pay medical expenses as well as daily allowances

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent training with a strong interest in the insurance field
• Experience in personal insurance is an asset
• Bilingual French-Italian, perfect command of both languages orally and in writing
• Very good knowledge of common IT tools (MS Office)
• Good resistance to workload, effective priority management, and respect for deadlines
