Operations Technician Maintenance

Maintenance, servicing and repair of production equipment
Independent fault diagnosis and rectification of technical malfunctions
Carrying out regular inspection and maintenance work
Mechanical repair and upkeep tasks
Work on agitators, centrifugal pumps, three-roll mills, pearl mills, compressed air and other operational technical equipment
Replacement of filters and wear parts as well as lubrication of equipment
Performing simple welding, grinding and angle grinding tasks
Minor electrical work within the scope of existing knowledge
Support with optimisations, modernisations and renewals of the equipment
Coordination with external specialist companies for major or specialised repairs
Documentation of maintenance and repair work carried out
Compliance with applicable safety and quality standards

Completed technical training, for example as an industrial mechanic, production mechanic, polymechanic or comparable qualification
Professional experience in maintenance, servicing or technical upkeep is an advantage
Good practical and mechanical knowledge
Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
Manual dexterity and enjoyment in independently solving technical problems
Basic electrical knowledge is an advantage
PLC knowledge is welcome but not a requirement
Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
Flexibility for rarely occurring urgent equipment malfunctions
Motivation to take on a technically broad and varied role
