For our Migros partner branches on Zürcherstrasse/Wasgenring, we are looking for a personality who combines experience in retail with sound knowledge in vocational integration.

You take responsibility for vocational integration measures, work closely with the SVA and at the same time support the teams directly in their daily work.

Your tasks

• Conducting initial, clarification, status and coaching discussions as well as accompanying the agreed goals and next steps
• Carrying out vocational assessments and evaluating work and training ability as well as realistic vocational prospects
• Planning, coordinating and accompanying training programmes and other vocational measures
• Case management and coordination in the field of work integration, including support for PrA apprentices
• Supporting and assisting insured persons directly in the practical work environment as well as observing their development and work behaviour
• Preparing progress, status and other necessary documentation
• Close cooperation with the SVA, specialist offices and contact persons as well as ensuring good information flow
• Supporting and advising the on-site team in implementing agreed measures as well as active participation in the department and shop operations

What you must bring

• Completed training in retail
• Experience in food retail
• Proven experience in cooperation with the SVA
• Experience in supporting people within the framework of vocational integration measures
• Experience with assessments, target agreements and documentation
• Strong interconnected thinking as well as a structured and independent working style
• Sense of responsibility and reliability in cooperation with external agencies
• Enjoyment in supporting people, assisting teams and working practically yourself
• A social pedagogical, work-agogic or comparable further education is an advantage

You are prepared for early and late shifts as well as occasional Saturday shifts. Saturday shifts do not occur every Saturday.
