As a caretaker, you play a key role: you keep everything in good condition, ensure a well-maintained environment, and are the first point of contact for our customers on site.

What awaits you

• You look after and manage the assigned properties and facilities
• You carry out inspection and condition rounds and report defects and damages
• You handle fault reports, tickets and user enquiries
• You perform minor repairs and fix simple technical faults
• You take on cleaning and maintenance work on the premises
• You maintain garden and green areas
• You provide on-call and winter services

What you bring with you

• You have completed a basic craft training, preferably in the HVAC sector
• You have good German language skills, both spoken and written
• You have good PC skills (MS Office) and are confident with digital tools
• You work precisely, cleanly and independently
• You are a team player, resilient, flexible and service-oriented
• You hold a category B driving licence including trailer test
• You have a clean criminal record
