What awaits you

• You carry out planned maintenance and inspections on technical systems professionally
• You resolve faults in fire alarm systems (FAS), parking guidance systems, building technology and other critical operational systems
• You ensure the safe operation of technical systems through regular checks and rounds
• You undertake minor maintenance, repair and restoration work within your area of expertise
• You manage and monitor technical systems such as fire alarm systems and parking guidance systems
• You coordinate and accompany external service providers and subcontractors during on-site assignments
• You perform on-call duties according to the deployment plan and ensure rapid fault rectification
• You actively report risks, faults and optimisation potentials and document completed work as well as necessary follow-up measures

What you bring with you

• You have completed HVAC training or a basic craft apprenticeship
• You have professional experience in a comparable role
• You possess a strong technical understanding and are enthusiastic about technical systems
• You have experience in the maintenance, servicing and fault rectification of building technology systems and their controls
• You work confidently with MS Office and digital tools
• You are characterised by an independent, reliable and service-oriented working style
• You communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing
• You have a clean criminal record
