Deputy Head of Nursing

We are looking for a committed deputy who takes responsibility and actively shapes and develops our care quality with expertise, empathy, and foresight.
Tasks to be performed
- Professional and leadership responsibility in the absence of the Head of Nursing
- Ensuring correct BESA/RAI classification
- Responsibility for efficient and needs-based staff deployment planning
- Taking over shift management and ensuring a professional, coordinated daily routine in compliance with operational guidelines
- Ensuring high care quality and continuous optimisation of efficient and needs-based processes
- Planning, organising, and conducting internal training sessions
- Active co-responsibility for achieving annual goals and further development of the department
What we expect from you
- Advanced technical college HF, university of applied sciences FH
- Further training in leadership/management or willingness to undertake it
- BESA/RAI training or willingness to undertake it
- Extensive professional experience in long-term care and leadership
- Leadership at eye level, empathetic, motivated, and assertive
- Conceptual skills and enjoyment in taking on development tasks
