TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF 80-100% (m/f)

YOUR MAIN TASKS

• You are responsible for creating spindle analysis reports
• You are the first point of contact for customer enquiries and fault reports and ensure professional and solution-oriented handling
• You clarify customer needs, plan and organise the assignments of our service technicians
• You support new projects and ensure that our spindles are optimally integrated into the machines

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed mechanical or electrical basic training
• Further training as a technician HF or with corresponding experience in this work environment (spindles or customer service)
• Professional experience in the field of CNC grinding or milling machines is an advantage
• We expect broad technical understanding, solution-oriented thinking, high customer orientation and teamwork skills
• German as a native language and very good English skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are an advantage
