Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing with Focus on Milling

Tasks

Operating CNC milling machines with 3-, 4- and 5-axis horizontal and vertical
Setting up, configuring and running series orders including preparation of fixtures and tools without programming
Independently carrying out production orders with quality control of the manufactured parts
Working in a two-shift system

Requirements

Completed training as a polymechanic
Several years of practical experience as a CNC miller
Familiarity with Heidenhain, Siemens and Fanuc controls is an advantage
Experience in operating several machines simultaneously
Good German language skills
Independent and reliable working style with a strong quality awareness
