Client Advisor Rolex - Titlis (m/f/d)

in the new Rolex sales store amidst an impressive mountain panorama on the Titlis (3,020 m above sea level)

Your tasks

You will assist our demanding national and international customers in purchasing high-quality branded watches
You create an unforgettable customer experience and have the ability to develop a significant loyal customer relationship
You enthusiastically act as a Brand Ambassador and position our exclusive products through your expert knowledge and storytelling skills
Implementation of CRM guidelines
Active network maintenance, retention, and expansion of the customer base
Responsible for the smooth running of daily business
Ensuring optimally presented sales areas, shop windows, and display cases
Participation and assistance at customer events
Collaboration in specific projects

Your skills

Training in retail, hospitality/gastronomy, watch and jewelry industry
Several years of experience in the luxury segment of retail
Solid expertise in the watch sector
Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
IT affinity present
Hospitality, sales flair
Open and customer-oriented personality with a strong service orientation
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
Style confidence, professional appearance, and courteous manners
High level of empathy as well as intercultural skills in dealing with our local and international customers

Our strengths - your advantages

In May 2026, we will open our newly designed Rolex Boutique on the Titlis – more modern, exclusive, and with an even stronger focus on the customer experience in one of the most spectacular locations in Switzerland. To successfully implement this milestone, we are starting early with a targeted recruiting and onboarding program. We will begin in December 2025 with thorough training in the sales store in Lucerne before employees start their new workplace at high altitude in time for the opening.
