Specialist Grid Administration (60%) - 1422

Your tasks
• Support in the specialist areas of maintenance for substations and routes, route security, property management, and cooperative administration
• Obtaining permits for maintenance activities
• Handling and coordination of mail services
• Coordination of deliveries, orders (e.g., office supplies)
• Organization of appointments with craftsmen regarding the support point
• Support in contract management including data maintenance and archiving
• Creation and processing of orders, recording budget items in SAP
• Participation in procurement
• Maintenance of employee and training data in Salesforce
• Management and archiving of documents in SharePoint
• Preparation and organization of meetings, training sessions, and team events
• General administrative support of the support point management
Your profile
• Completed commercial training or equivalent
• Quick understanding of administrative processes and structured implementation
• Experience with SAP, SharePoint, Salesforce, or comparable systems is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite
• Skillfulness in correspondence as well as organizational talent
• Service-oriented, friendly, and helpful personality
• Enjoyment in contact with internal and external partners
• Team player with flexibility and dynamism
• Native German speaker, Italian is an advantage
• Willingness for occasional domestic travel

The experienced specialists make all necessary decisions for a safe, efficient, and economical electricity supply in Switzerland as well as for the planning, construction, and maintenance of network facilities. In the heart of the Swiss electricity supply, the Swissgrid Control network control center, various teams monitor and control the power flows in the grid around the clock.
