About the job

• You reliably coordinate and supervise the work of external employees in pipeline and plant construction and ensure professional execution.
• You measure pipelines, prepare them, and independently carry out practical TIG welding work as well as repair and locksmith work on our plants.
• You contribute your expertise in the maintenance and servicing of our media supply, including ice water, water, softened water, compressed air, steam, condensate, and chemical media.
• You keep the various media and their pipeline networks continuously up to date and ensure that changes are cleanly and traceably documented. In addition, you identify possible optimisations.
• You coordinate tank inspections and pipeline insulation as well as smaller projects and support the commissioning of pipelines and plants.
• In close cooperation with mechanics, electrical engineering, and production, you ensure safe processes and consistently implement the occupational safety requirements in your area.

• A completed technical vocational training and experience in maintenance in the food or pharmaceutical industry provide a good foundation for this role.
• Further training as a maintenance specialist or process specialist with a federal certificate of competence is an advantage.
• You have practical experience in TIG welding as well as a valid test according to EN ISO 9606-1 for welding process 141 / material group FM5.
• You are familiar with handling various supply media and can recognise optimisation possibilities in the pipeline network thanks to your experience.
• You are characterised by an independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working, and you are also skilled in coordinating various tasks.
• Interest in your personal and professional development, good German language skills, and confident use of MS Office complete your profile.
