At the Lyss BE site, our core business is packaging machines and goods. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as

Cutter for Wooden Packaging (m/f) 100%

Your tasks

• Cutting solid wood beams and boards with the mitre saw according to the work order
• Cutting wood-based panels with the Striebig (panel saw)
• Independently processing the respective cutting orders
• Assisting with packaging export goods at the Lyss plant as well as directly at the customer
• Manufacturing and making crates, boxes and transport floors
• Loading and unloading lorries with the forklift
• Assisting with inventory of raw materials and their orders

Ideally, you bring with you

• Successfully completed vocational training in the wood sector (preferably as a carpenter or joiner)
• Professional experience in a similar area of responsibility is an advantage
• Forklift licence (SUVA recognised)
• Driving licence category B
• Physically fit and resilient
• Team-oriented, flexible and reliable personality
