Job Description

We are looking for a motivated working student (m/f/d) for our team on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for students who want to gain practical experience alongside their studies and contribute to exciting projects within Switzerland's leading construction company.

Location: Implenia Headquarters, Opfikon

Workload: 50–60 %

Contract Duration: 12 months (fixed-term)

Salary: 3,250 CHF per month (based on 100% workload)

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting the team with daily administrative and operational tasks
• Assisting with data analysis, reporting, and onboarding of new employees
• Contributing to ongoing projects in areas such as recruitment, finance, data analysis, or business operations
• Collaborating with colleagues from various departments to ensure smooth HR processes

Why you will succeed:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, ideally in business administration, economics, finance, human resources, marketing, data analysis, or a related field

• Fluent German skills

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks

• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team

• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Additional language skills in English, French, or Italian are an advantage

• SAP SuccessFactors knowledge is also an advantage
