Role:
The company is an internationally active technology group and develops highly specialised solutions for demanding industrial applications.
Particularly exciting is the combination of mechanical engineering, engineering, digitalisation, and sustainable technology development. Employees work on technically demanding products and services that are optimised and further developed throughout their entire lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
In operational controlling, you are responsible for various tasks and support the further development of financial management.
You accompany the annual and interim financial planning, from budgeting through forecasts to the preparation of relevant decision-making bases.
The execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as the preparation of management reporting are part of your duties.
You prepare deviations and developments in an understandable way and support the finance team with analyses and ad-hoc requests from management.
By optimising existing processes, automating controlling processes, and further developing Analysis for Office and SAP Analytics Cloud, you actively contribute to improvements.
Qualifications:
A training or degree in business administration, finance, or accounting forms your professional basis.
You bring at least 5 years of experience in a comparable role in controlling or accounting.
Good knowledge of SAP CO and Business Warehouse as well as experience with digital accounting and reporting solutions are required.
Ideally, you have knowledge of US-GAAP, IFRS and/or Swiss GAAP FER and a strong understanding of the quality and significance of financial data.
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form.
