What matters to us
We are not looking for a perfect biography. We seek a personality who works carefully, takes responsibility, and fits in with us on a human level.
For operative work, you hold a specialist title in hand surgery and/or orthopaedic surgery and traumatology of the musculoskeletal system.
For purely conservative work, you bring many years of experience in outpatient care in the field of the musculoskeletal system. A specialist title is not a prerequisite for this.
You approach patients and colleagues with empathy, respect, and appreciation. You are loyal and team-oriented and maintain an overview even when things get demanding.
You are open, cooperative, and flexible – and enjoy passing on knowledge, developing the team, and shaping new paths together.
Good medicine arises where professional competence and humanity come together.
What we offer you
With us, you will not find a workplace where you simply fulfil a function.
You will become part of a small, collegial, committed hand surgical team that works closely with various specialties such as orthopaedics, rheumatology, neurology, etc.
You can expect:
- a broad spectrum of elective and trauma hand surgery
- a versatile role with your own scope for design
- close interdisciplinary collaboration with other clinics
- regular internal training sessions
- support and opportunities for external further training
- No on-call duties
- modern employment conditions and very good social benefits
- a workplace in a central location, in close proximity to Baar train station and motorway access
Perhaps we are looking for exactly you.
If you live hand surgery with expertise, curiosity, and humanity and are keen to make a difference together, we look forward to getting to know you.
