Technical Internal Sales Clerk 80-100% (m/f/d)

• Telephone and personal support of our customers
• Creation and processing of work reports and invoicing of services provided
• Conducting technical clarifications and preparing offers
• Efficient scheduling of service technicians
• Analysis and solution development for complex system problems (faults)
• General administrative tasks in customer service

• Technical basic training in mechanics, electronics or similar
• Enthusiasm for supporting sustainable and environmentally friendly wood-fired heating systems
• Knowledge in customer service or the heating industry is a plus
• Fluent German; good French skills are an advantage
• Analytical, interconnected thinking and a quick grasp
• Structured, efficient and independent working style
• Strong communication skills, customer-oriented and persuasive
