About the job
Polymechanic /
Technical Production Coordinator
Are you familiar with CNC manufacturing, have organisational talent and want to take on more responsibility?
Are you at home in mechanical manufacturing, like to think along and keep an overview even when several things are happening at once? Do you want to combine your technical know-how with organisation and responsibility? Then you are exactly right with us!
Your new challenge
As a technical production coordinator, you take on a versatile key position in our company. You work closely with production planning and management and contribute to ensuring that our CNC manufacturing runs smoothly.
You organise the tools and measuring equipment including their procurement. For raw materials, after ordering, you take over the organisation, picking, cost monitoring and distribution to the correct departments and machines. You also reliably coordinate external post-processing, the associated appointments and the material flow.
As deputy for production planning, you support the planning of manufacturing orders. If necessary, you also take on customer advice, sales and quotation preparation. You identify potential improvements, develop practical solutions and implement them independently. Larger decisions are coordinated with management.
Your workplace is right in the workshop. Here you coordinate the daily production routine and work at the CNC machines yourself if needed. You support manufacturing flexibly wherever you are needed.
What you bring with you
• Basic mechanical training, ideally as a Polymechanic with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ), and experience in CNC manufacturing
• Organisational talent, initiative as well as a structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment of teamwork and collaboration with customers, suppliers and external partners
• Basic knowledge of MS Office; we will train you in our ERP system
• Technical or commercial further training is a plus but not a requirement
What awaits you with us
• Key position with direct collaboration with all decision-makers and short communication paths
• Varied daily work directly in the workshop, with organisation and practical involvement
• Responsibility and scope for your ideas
• Flexible working hours and five weeks’ holiday
Ready for the next step?
You don’t have to master everything perfectly from the start. If you understand our craft, like to take responsibility and enjoy making a difference together, we want to get to know you. We look forward to your application!
