Our partner serves high-tech sectors such as MedTech, GreenTech, semiconductors, vacuum, optics or aerospace, as well as traditional industrial customers such as the machinery or automotive industries.
From development to series production, you offer tailor-made outsourcing solutions from a single source. Engineering, contract manufacturing (including cleanroom assembly), metal processing and surface treatment are among their core competencies, which you further develop with a strong focus on digitalisation. Our partner offers a holistic service to their customers, including the development of suitable technology for the entire product lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
You create and schedule production orders based on available capacities.
You coordinate production status and deadlines with internal departments.
You agree material requirements with the responsible companies.
You maintain articles, bills of materials and master data in the ERP system.
You further develop planning processes with targeted ERP use.
You handle operational procurement issues together with purchasing.
You promptly clarify deviations in production planning with the involved parties.
You ensure the necessary data quality for consistent planning and material data.
Qualifications:
Technical basic training with further education in process specialist or a comparable qualification.
Practical experience in AVOR, PPS or production planning in a technical environment.
Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office.
Interest in digital workflows and structured data processes.
Networked thinking and a pragmatic approach to planning deviations.
Team-oriented communication with production, logistics, supply chain and purchasing.
Willingness to commute within the respective region.
Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form.
