The Ilgenhalde location is one of our three institutions. It offers school, living, and therapy for children and young people aged 4 to 20 in Fehraltorf. For one of our residential groups, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an empathetic, humorous, and motivated

• Support of our residential group team
• Support of the team leader in the professional, organisational, and economic management of the residential group according to the foundation's mission statement and concepts
• Accompanying the children and young people in an individual setting
• Designing a structured daily routine and an active living environment for the children and young people together with the team
• Empathetic support of children and young people with partly multiple impairments
• Close coordination with the team for a shared educational approach and for jointly managing everyday challenges
