Genolier Patient Services brings together within its network several renowned private clinics, such as Clinique de Genolier, Clinique Nescens, Clinique Générale-Beaulieu, Clinique de Montchoisi, Privatklinik Bethanien, Clinique Valmont, and Clinica Sant’Anna.
As part of the continuity of its international development on already identified or to-be-developed target markets in traditional, diagnostic, and preventive medicine, we are looking for:
A Commercial Director (m/f) at 80/100%.
Job Description
- Promote the Genolier Patient Services brand as well as the clinics in its network to targeted international markets, taking into account the medical specificities and competitive advantages (USPs) of each establishment.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships with agents, business introducers, and other intermediaries.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with our existing partners and clients.
- Manage and optimize the Patient Lifecycle Management: design and deploy integrated patient journeys covering all stages: diagnosis, clinic stay, post-treatment follow-up, and personalized recommendations.
- Create synergies between medical care for health optimization and wellness experiences to enhance the attractiveness of the clinics to a demanding international clientele.
- Participate in key events, trade fairs, and meetings with our clients and potential partners.
- Maintain a constant (field) benchmark of national and international competition to help identify relevant Marketing and Communication actions as well as the needs of our markets in terms of products.
- Establish a clear and targeted action plan jointly with management and monitor the provided KPIs.
- Ensure the follow-up of commercial activity as well as the analysis of results from the actions taken.
- Work closely with internal teams (management/marketing and communication) to align with the product strategies of the clinics affiliated with the entity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development internationally, ideally in the medical or healthcare services sector.
- Communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills, with an excellent sense of networking.
- Autonomy, results orientation, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Higher education level, preferably in business, marketing, or management.
- Strong affinity with cutting-edge medicine and excellence in medical services.
- Fluency in French and English (C1 level required), German highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel abroad (30%).
