What you can achieve:

• As a brewery and beverage technologist, you set up systems and produce beverages using computer-controlled equipment, processing raw materials, auxiliaries, and additives.
• You check delivered raw materials for their quality and ensure correct storage.
• You monitor the entire production and take samples for laboratory analyses.
• In the second and third year of apprenticeship, you also have the opportunity to get to know our two production sites in Sion and Rhäzüns.
• In the second and third year of apprenticeship, you can participate in the "Apprentice Beer" project and produce your own beer.

Your toolkit:

• Completed secondary school (good performance in STEM subjects)
• Interest in chemistry and physics
• Enjoyment of food and automated technical equipment
• Good constitution, hygiene awareness, no skin sensitivity
• Good sense of smell and taste
• Dexterity, quick comprehension
• Enjoyment in monitoring and scheduling, technical understanding, powers of observation
