Your tasks

During your training at SPAR, we offer you a varied and exciting education in retail. You manage all departments in the store, present the products, and operate the cash register. Through the acquired expertise in inter-company and internal courses, you are able to fully meet the wishes and expectations of our customers to their complete satisfaction.

General requirements:

• neat appearance and good manners
• team player, reliable and resilient

• flair for management and sales

School requirements:

• completed compulsory schooling
• good school performance
• foreign language skills (E / F)

If your school performance in certain subjects does not meet the requirements for an EFZ apprenticeship, we will check the possibility of completing the two-year training as a  retail assistant EBA .
