Diversity in a familiar and benevolent environment awaits you!
As part of our Park/Animal Park team (7 people, 5.5 full-time positions) you will take care of and look after all the animals in our animal park – from alpacas, chickens and pygmy goats to emus, wallabies and tortoises, as well as pigs, rabbits and sheep. In addition to animal care, you will accompany patients individually or in groups in the sense of animal-assisted interventions, which take place up to twice daily.
Our beautiful and certified outdoor facility is a place of encounter and retreat for our patients and staff and is also well visited by the local population. An exciting mix of tasks in a diverse environment awaits you, which challenges you in respectful interaction with people and animals and at the same time offers you plenty of room for your own development.
You have a federal certificate of competence in animal care or several years of professional experience in caring for various animal species. Training in animal-assisted intervention (AAI) or an interest in completing such training rounds off your profile. You enjoy animal care and interaction with people. Patience and flexibility are among your strengths? Then we look forward to your application. You enjoy interprofessional collaboration and are driven to develop and improve things? Now we look forward even more to your application dossier!
