Your tasks
- Patient management (reception, communication, etc.)
- Receiving and processing telephone calls as well as email enquiries
- Planning, organising and coordinating appointments
- Formatting and proofreading medical and therapeutic reports
- Medication ordering and logistics
- Workday certainly Friday whole day
- Holiday cover
Your profile
- Completed commercial training (EFZ), MPA or medical secretary
- Very good MS Office skills
- Confident German language skills, spoken and written
- Forward-thinking, goal-oriented and patient-focused actions
- Organised, structured and efficient way of working
- Enjoyment in working with patients with psychiatric illnesses
