We are one of the larger carpentry workshops in the Säuliamt region (Affoltern district). Our range covers everything – from the smallest repair to large orders. Whether complete renovations of kitchens, bathrooms and living spaces or
general carpentry work, we deliver solid craftsmanship.

We are looking for an employee:

Carpenter / Vocational Trainer (80-100%)

You love carpentry, enjoy working independently and take pleasure in passing on your knowledge to young
professionals?

We are a versatile carpentry workshop with around 30 employees in Hedingen and carry out a wide range of carpentry work for residential, commercial and public buildings. We combine traditional
craftsmanship with modern manufacturing technology. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced
bench carpenter who will also take responsibility for apprentice training.

What are your tasks?

• Independent production of kitchens, furniture and individual carpentry work in the bench and machine room
• Professional supervision and support of our 3 to 4 apprentices during their training
• Co-design of a practical and high-quality apprentice training programme
• Bringing in your experience and ideas to further develop our production processes

What do you bring?

• Completed training as a carpenter with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) with professional experience in the bench and machine room
• Further training as a vocational trainer (or willingness to complete this training)
• Good German language skills for professional guidance and support of our apprentices
• Independent, precise and reliable working style
• Enjoyment in training, supporting and accompanying young people in their development
