Head of Clinic in Prison Medicine

About the job

Your main duties will be as follows :

• Conduct general medical consultations in the prisons of the canton of Vaud;
• Organise the care of patients;
• Ensure compliance with medical ethics;
• Supervise trainee assistant doctors;
• You will be required to travel to several prisons in the canton of Vaud, which may be accessible by car or by soft mobility means.

Your assets :

• FMH specialist diploma in general internal medicine or an equivalent recognised title;
• If FMH not yet obtained, a minimum of 4 years clinical experience;
• Self-control and ability to work in a team;
• Experience in a prison environment or skills in mental health, infectiology or traumatology are additional assets.
