System and Requirements Engineer Input & Output Management 80 - 100%The Office for Information Technology (AFI) is the IT competence centre of the Canton of Zurich. It provides comprehensive services in the area of central IT infrastructure and canton-wide applications for directorates, authorities, the judiciary, and independent institutions. Commissioned with the implementation of the new Information and Communication Technology (ICT) strategy, the Office for Information Technology accompanies and supports the Canton of Zurich into the digital world.

Your tasks:
- Analyse and model business processes in the area of input/output management and document management
- Collect, structure, and specify functional and technical requirements together with various stakeholders
- Conduct and moderate workshops and interviews to develop future-proof solutions.
- Create and maintain use cases, user stories, and requirements documentation
- Support the technical implementation as well as plan and coordinate tests
- Responsibility in demand, incident, and change management as well as close collaboration with internal and external partners
- Coordinate external suppliers and promote knowledge transfer within the service environment
- Further develop and optimise document processes considering high quality and security standards
- Identify optimisation potentials and actively contribute to shaping modern IT services
Your profile:
- University degree (FH/Uni) in business informatics or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in requirements engineering, business engineering, or a similar role
- Enjoy analysing complex requirements and developing viable solutions together with different stakeholders
- Experience in test management, project management, or document management is an advantage
- Analytical, structured, and independent working style as well as strong communication skills
- Very good German skills and good English skills
