About the job

The Medical Centre gleis d with the Medi Porta pharmacy is the largest outpatient healthcare provider in the region – with doctors from various specialities under one roof. For many patients from Chur and the surrounding area, our medical centre, where around 70 specialists work, is an important point of contact for health matters.

Managing Director

Your tasks

• Overall operational management of the Medical Centre and the Medi Porta pharmacy; shaping and implementing the strategy in close cooperation with the Board of Directors
• Ensuring economically and organisationally optimal service delivery, continuous optimisation of processes and further development of the offering
• Responsibility for budget, accounting, controlling and tariff management as well as transparent reporting to the Board of Directors
• Leadership and development of the team, recruitment of doctors and specialist staff, and strengthening employer attractiveness
• Further development of digital infrastructure and processes, including practice information systems, data protection and information security
• Responsibility for premises, medical technology, maintenance as well as expansion and renewal projects
• Coordination of the diverse internal and external stakeholders – medical staff, insurers, authorities and partners in healthcare

Your profile

• Higher degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
• Proven experience in a management role or corporate leadership
• Connection to healthcare and good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system is an advantage
• Solid know-how in finance, human resources, ICT and infrastructure
• Consistency and willingness to develop: you seek a long-term commitment and advance the company with foresight
• Strong communication skills and a benevolent, consistent leadership style
• Entrepreneurial thinking, implementation strength and infectious enthusiasm
