The Inauen-Schätti AG provides the performance record for the development, manufacturing, and assembly work of demanding cable car and machine construction as well as the execution of special assemblies. Furthermore, we offer products and services in the area of avalanche triggering systems, cable assemblies, and inclined lifts. The main activities of the position include the following tasks:
- Independent management of personnel and payroll administration including social security settlements
- Support for the finance / HR management in application management – from entry to exit
- Collaboration on further administrative tasks in the area of personnel and administration
- Responsibility for the time recording system and the lock/key overview
- Assistance with administrative tasks for our management and project leaders
- Assistance in organizing events
- Organization of business trips
- Support for financial accounting
- Assistance in maintaining our social media channels
We expect:
- Completed commercial basic training
- Experience in human resources and payroll accounting is an advantage
- Further training in human resources is an advantage (e.g. HR assistant)
- Good PC skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, ERP, database maintenance)
- Very good language skills in German. Other languages are an advantage
