To strengthen our customer service team at IBW Energie AG, we are looking for
from 1 April 2027 or by arrangement a motivated

Service Technician Electricity (100%)

These are your tasks

• You install and maintain measuring and control devices and carry out inspections as well as fault rectifications
• You analyse faults in the communication network and help to resolve them sustainably
• You participate in the rollout of the intelligent measuring and control system
• You assist with the connection of remote reading of water and gas meters to the smart meter (including fault rectification for communication errors)
• You contribute to the organisation of meter revisions, meter calibrations and batch management and procure additional devices such as transformers including calibration certificates
• You are co-responsible for the electricity meter magazine
• You provide support during the execution of factory inspections

What you bring with you

• Successfully completed apprenticeship as an electrical installer EFZ
• Interest in continuous development and professional training
• Good schematic and IT user knowledge
• Strong organisational talent
• Independent, precise and reliable working style
• High reliability and ability to work in a team
• Good manners and friendly demeanour
• Driving licence category B
