CEO
In this key role, you bear overall responsibility for the corporate group. Together with the Board of Directors, you will further develop the strategic direction and ensure consistent implementation. With your leadership team, you will strengthen profitability, drive digitalisation and automation forward, and create the foundation for sustainable growth. You will promote a performance-oriented corporate culture and ensure an environment in which executives and employees take responsibility and can realise their potential. At the same time, you represent CabTec to customers, suppliers, business partners, and other stakeholders.
We are addressing an experienced leader with a technical degree and solid knowledge in business administration. You have a convincing track record at the executive management level of a manufacturing industrial company. International value chains and global markets are well known to you. You understand how to further develop organisations, successfully implement change, and inspire people towards common goals. In addition to German, you communicate fluently in English. A willingness to travel of around 20% is expected.
