To strengthen our team in the area of financing Liechtenstein, we are looking for a committed and professionally competent Credit Advisor 80-100% (m/f/d). In this role, you act as a competent link between our clients, the relationship managers, and other internal and external stakeholders. You make a central contribution to ensuring smooth credit business and high service quality.
Your tasks
Receipt and processing of financing requests from the Liechtenstein market
Independent preparation and processing of loan applications (new applications and resubmissions)
Processing customer orders, especially conclusion and extensions of fixed-rate and SARON mortgages
Broad administrative tasks related to Liechtenstein mortgages and loans (resubmissions and redemptions, handling of land register formalities)
Support of relationship managers in all credit-related matters (customer calls, correspondence, preparation of loan applications)
Telephone and written communication with land registry offices, customer advisors, and customers
Participation in credit-specific projects as well as in the further development of credit processes
Deputizing for the head of financing Liechtenstein during absences
For this position, we are looking for a trustworthy and integral personality with the following profile:
Completed banking apprenticeship, supplemented by specialized further training (e.g., diploma in banking and finance)
Several years of professional experience in the credit sector, preferably in the mortgage area
Experience in customer consulting
Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
Strong customer orientation and service readiness as well as high standards of quality and reliability
Strong sense of responsibility, resilience, winning appearance, and high initiative
High social competence as well as pronounced communication and consulting skills
Confident handling of MS Office, Avaloq knowledge is an advantage
Enjoyment of independent work
