Our client, the Haecky Group based in Reinach/BL, has stood for enjoyment and quality for around 100 years. The corporate group combines well-known national and international brands with in-house production and a broad range of high-quality foodstuffs and spirits. With around 300 employees and four locations in Switzerland, Haecky is today an established and successful Swiss family business.

As part of a succession arrangement, the CFO position is being newly filled. We have been commissioned to approach a charismatic and financially strong leader as

CFO

You will bear overall responsibility for finance, controlling and ICT and report directly to the Group CEO. Together with your team, you will ensure professional financial management and be responsible for financial statements and consolidation according to Swiss GAAP FER, planning and budgeting, liquidity and investment controlling as well as meaningful management and reporting tools. As a sparring partner to the CEO, you will actively contribute your perspective to strategic issues and projects. Another focus lies on the digitalisation and further development of business processes and group synergies. In doing so, you combine business acumen with a good sense for processes, organisation and the needs of the business.

You have a higher education in finance and accounting or business administration as well as several years of experience in a comparable leadership role. You are familiar with the SME environment and ideally bring experience from a manufacturing company, preferably from the food or consumer goods sector. IT affinity, experience with SAP S/4HANA or comparable ERP transformations as well as competence in leading digitalisation projects are desired. As an entrepreneurial-minded individual, you combine professional expertise with a pronounced hands-on mentality and drive even complex topics forward pragmatically and solution-oriented. You lead clearly and appreciatively, communicate on equal terms and understand how to bring together different interests.
