We are a leading architectural firm with 30 employees in the heart of the Fricktal region. Our scope of work ranges from residential buildings to public structures as well as office, commercial, and industrial buildings. The projects are characterised by high architectural quality and are optimally tailored to the needs of our clients. From design to execution, we accompany our clients through all phases of a construction project.

Continue our success story with us and take on the role of Construction Manager. In doing so, you will work closely with the execution planning team and organise the entire construction process, always aiming to implement the project optimally. Additionally, our new office building "Loop" offers you state-of-the-art workplaces.

Your tasks

• Management and coordination of demanding construction projects from the start of construction to completion
• Ongoing quality, schedule, and cost control
• Negotiation of quotes up to the award proposal
• Support of execution planning in developing construction projects

Your skills and talents

• Training as a technician, architect BSc/MSc, or construction manager
• Several years of experience in construction management desired
• Negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Initiative and ability to work in a team
• Very good German language skills
