Responsibilities

As Project Manager and Member of the Executive Board, you will take on a key role in our company. Your main tasks include:

• Leading and supervising construction projects from planning to implementation.
• Close collaboration with the executive board to develop and implement corporate strategies.
• Leading the on-site staff.
• Ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Analysing and optimising processes to increase efficiency.
• Representing the company to external partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you ideally bring the following qualifications:

• Master tiler or degree in business administration with industry experience.
• Several years of experience in project management, preferably in a leadership position.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to solve complex problems.
• Experience with modern project management tools.
• Fluent German skills, additional language skills are an advantage.
