Spitex Regio ZO is a progressive (non-profit) organisation providing professional and comprehensive, needs-oriented care and support on behalf of the municipalities of Fehraltorf, Russikon and Weisslingen. We are looking for immediate start or by arrangement:
Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF 50-100% with Day Responsibility and Case Management with Wound Expert Further Training

These tasks await you:
- Performing comprehensive nursing measures in complex client situations
- Ensuring good nursing quality in accordance with quality requirements
- Responsibility for meaningful and appropriate nursing documentation
- Responsibility for the entire nursing process including needs assessments with interRAI
- Ensuring a sensible flow of information to superiors, employees and other services
- Conducting discussions with general practitioners, relatives and hospitals
- Responsible for correct electronic service recording
- Taking on day responsibility
- Responsible for the competent deployment as well as the instruction and supervision of employees
- Participation in inter-company measures for occupational safety and health protection
- Wound status control
- Care, advice and training of employees as WEX
We expect from you:
- Completed training as Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH, DN2, AKP (further training desirable, e.g. wound expert)
- Practical professional experience, preferably in a Spitex organisation
- High client and service orientation
- High communication, self and social competence
- Resilient, innovative and flexible personality
- Good IT user skills
- Experience with interRAI
- Driving licence category B
- Further training as wound expert or willingness to complete it
