Spitex Regio ZO is a progressive (non-profit) organisation providing professional and comprehensive, needs-oriented care and support on behalf of the municipalities of Fehraltorf, Russikon and Weisslingen. We are looking for immediate start or by arrangement:

Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF 50-100% with Day Responsibility and Case Management with Wound Expert Further Training

These tasks await you:

• Performing comprehensive nursing measures in complex client situations
• Ensuring good nursing quality in accordance with quality requirements
• Responsibility for meaningful and appropriate nursing documentation
• Responsibility for the entire nursing process including needs assessments with interRAI
• Ensuring a sensible flow of information to superiors, employees and other services
• Conducting discussions with general practitioners, relatives and hospitals
• Responsible for correct electronic service recording
• Taking on day responsibility
• Responsible for the competent deployment as well as the instruction and supervision of employees
• Participation in inter-company measures for occupational safety and health protection
• Wound status control
• Care, advice and training of employees as WEX

We expect from you:

• Completed training as Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH, DN2, AKP (further training desirable, e.g. wound expert)
• Practical professional experience, preferably in a Spitex organisation
• High client and service orientation
• High communication, self and social competence
• Resilient, innovative and flexible personality
• Good IT user skills
• Experience with interRAI
• Driving licence category B
• Further training as wound expert or willingness to complete it
