This is the job

• Preparation of offers, presentations and customer-specific documents including the preparation of analyses, business cases and decision templates for management
• Support of project managers in the development and implementation of IT solutions in customer projects in the field of Digital Manufacturing
• Independent collection, documentation and prioritisation of technical requirements from the manufacturing departments as well as their translation into clear specifications for IT and digitalisation projects
• Participation in workshops including preparation and follow-up of content, documentation of results and derivation of concrete recommendations for action together with your team
• Contribution to initiatives for knowledge transfer, e.g. through contributions to publications or internal projects

This job is for you if

• You have a successfully completed university degree, e.g. in information technology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study, preferably at master’s level.
• You have gained initial professional experience or internships in manufacturing companies or in management consulting.
• You have experience or interest in using AI in transformation projects for measurable customer impact.
• You speak German and English at least at C1 level and have strong communication and presentation skills in a customer context.
• You have a team- and solution-oriented way of working.

As the icing on the cake, you bring

• Initial experience in the manufacturing environment, especially in current topics such as MES, Industry 4.0, Smart Factory and Digital Manufacturing.
