About the job
The Central Outpatient Clinic cares for patients of surgery and orthopaedics who come to us for preliminary examinations, follow-ups or minor procedures. Additionally, we handle the registration for the specialist departments of urology, angiology, rheumatology and pneumology. Teamwork is highly valued here – we support each other to ensure competent and warm patient care. Appreciation and respectful collaboration are our top priorities and shape our daily work. We are proud of the positive atmosphere and strong camaraderie that characterise our team. To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for two new team members. - Operating the patient counter and reception
- Assistance during consultations
- Planning and organising specialist consultations
- Telephone service and appointment scheduling
- Maintaining electronic medical records
- Writing outpatient examination reports and correspondence
- General secretarial duties
What you bring to us
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ
- Several years of professional experience
- You are a responsible, resilient personality with a clear service orientation
- Organisational talent through and through – you always keep an overview and plan efficiently
