- Completed training as a specialist in operating technology
- Sound expertise and professional experience in orthopaedics advantageous
- Strong social and professional competence as well as a high sense of responsibility
- High degree of personal responsibility, independence and ability to work in a team
- Enjoyment of the profession and interest in nursing development
- Proficient PC user skills
- Good command of German, both spoken and written
