Are you technically skilled, enjoy getting stuck in, and keep an overview? With us, you take care of the infrastructure and technical systems, coordinate repairs, maintain green and park areas, and are the first point of contact in case of disruptions. With your craftsmanship and experience, you ensure that everything runs smoothly – day after day!

Important notes: Work location: Migros Center Meilen as well as the sites Stäfa, Zumikon and Erlenbach.

What you achieve

• You are responsible for the smooth operation of Migros Center Meilen as well as the sites Stäfa, Zumikon and Erlenbach
• You look after tenants and building users and are the first point of contact for their concerns
• You coordinate maintenance and upkeep measures and carry out minor repairs
• You maintain green, outdoor and parking areas and the winter service
• You ensure cleanliness, order and a well-kept appearance of the properties
• You are the first point of contact in case of disruptions and initiate the first intervention

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: as a specialist in operational maintenance, electrician or similar technical training
• Professional experience: Solid professional experience in a similar position
• Your friendly and professional manner with customers makes you a valued contact person
• You work independently, in a structured way and tackle challenges with initiative
• Your skill and experience in craftsmanship distinguish you
• You have solid IT user knowledge and can quickly familiarise yourself with new systems
• You hold a category B driving licence
• German (B1)
