The Küsnacht school offers staggered day care during school hours and full-day care during school holidays for around 1,000 children from the 1st kindergarten to the 6th primary class in four supplementary care facilities.
In the care facility KICK Dorf, around 140 children from different social and cultural backgrounds are cared for. To support the care team, we are looking for a (initially limited position for one year) starting on August 18, 2025, or by agreement.

Your Tasks
- Your working hours: Monday, Tuesday 11:50 AM – 6:00 PM, Thursday, Friday 11:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Close care and support of a physically disabled child (5 ½)
- Collaboration in the lunch and afternoon care of kindergarten-aged children as well as children in the first primary classes, in cooperation with the group leaders and care teams
- Administrative and household tasks
What you bring
- Professional basic training and at least two years of professional experience in the educational field or in the care of children, preferably in kindergarten and primary school age
- Joy, skill, and empathy in dealing with children
- Positive view of people, quality awareness, teamwork ability, resilience, sense of responsibility, independence
- Very good oral and written German skills, oral English skills are an advantage
- Career changers and returnees are very welcome
