To strengthen the customer center, we are looking for a flexible, proactive, and independent personality at the Schlieren location starting immediately or by arrangement as
What you can achieve
- Acceptance and processing of customer orders by phone, email, webshop
- Organizing requests for special tours and deliveries
- Processing of return orders
- Handling customer complaints
- Completion of various simple organizational tasks
- General administrative tasks
What you bring with you
- Completed basic education (commercial training preferred)
- Experience in customer center
- Good PC user skills, SAP S4/Hana an advantage
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
- Good oral French skills
- Punctual, resilient, and reliable
- Team player
