The municipality of Celerina/Schlarigna is one of the most attractive places to live and work in the Upper Engadine. On behalf of our client, we are seeking an engaged leader for an immediate or agreed-upon start as part of a succession solution, who takes responsibility and actively shapes the further development of the municipality.

The new area of responsibility

• Overall responsibility for the municipality's construction and planning affairs
• Advising builders, architects, and the municipal council on building law matters
• Personnel and professional management of the sports centre and works group with 8 to 10 employees
• Supervision of supply and disposal systems as well as road maintenance
• Coordination of administration and maintenance of municipally owned properties
• Representation of the municipality in civil engineering projects
• Participation in the building and planning commission, involvement in projects

Your qualifications

• Technical or construction-related education with a strong affinity for construction and building law
• Preferably experience in building administration or public construction
• Leadership experience, organisational talent, and assertiveness
• Good IT user skills and strong administrative abilities
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written; Italian is an advantage
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment in dealing with people as well as service-oriented, appreciative communication
